Answers Systems acquires Helm Software

Doug McFetters president and chief operating officer of Helm said the company and its three employees will continue to operate from its Scottsdale headquarters. McFetters and Dan Buckstaff co-founded Helm in 2000. McFetters will become vice president of Answers Systems’ account executive group while Buckstaff will serve on Answers’ board of directors. McFetters said Helm is bringing over four customers: Vitality Foodservice Inc.
